Who We Are

Meg Gammage-Tucker  
Margaret "Meg" Gammage-Tucker, PhD, CFRE is the founder and President of Build 4 Impact, Inc. A graduate of Texas Tech, she is proud of her PhD in Political Sciences and MBA in Museum Studies.

In addition, Dr. Gammage-Tucker teaches for the Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy where she has authored texts and courses. Meg serves on the Tanganyika Wildlife Park Board of Directors and the Pan African Sanctuary Alliance Board of Directors.

Meg is the CEO of the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN.


Aaron Cleveland
Aaron Cleveland is the Chief Operating Officer for Build 4 Impact.

Mr. Cleveland has a background in public education and theme park and zoological park operations. He has served on several not-for profit boards and committees. He has held committee positions for the Zoological Association of America and serves on as a Board Member for the Catoctin Wildlife Preserve.  

Both Meg and Aaron are past volunteers with SIA: the Comanche Nation Ethno-Ornithological Initiative, preserving Comanche artifacts and culture. SIA also maintains the largest collection of eagles in North America and is the first to successfully breed the critically endangered, Hawaiian hawk in captivity. Currently, they volunteer by providing pro bono consulting services for the Minneapolis Sound Museum and a conservancy working in the Ouachita Mountains.

Meg is an expert in institutional advancement and conservation. 

Aaron is an expert in reptile and arachnid husbandry. 


Our History


Founded in 2013, Build 4 Impact, Inc. has a varied client base assisting conservation, cultural, and higher education organizations. Build 4 Impact works with nonprofits on feasibility studies, board development and training, cases for support, and organizational structure.

In addition, Build 4 Impact has designed and developed several traveling exhibits appropriate for museums, science centers, zoos, and aquariums.
